At SUSO, we prioritize treating our members with the utmost respect so that they feel at home in the gym. One of our core objectives is to inspire individuals to transform their habits and routines and develop a disciplined mindset, which fosters a sense of accountability among them.  Our approach to training is client centered, we break down the study of physiology, nutrition, health and fitness. We include all modifications needed no matter where you are on the function health fitness performance continuum. We are passionate about fitness and strive to instill the same passion in our members.

Lauren “LOLO” Lucido is the high-energy force behind Booty Bootcamp. With a passion for fitness and a love for helping others feel strong and confident, LOLO knows how to push her classes past their limits while keeping the vibe fun and motivating. Her workouts are designed to sculpt, strengthen, and empower — blending challenging lower-body training with upbeat coaching that makes everyone excited to show up.


LOLO’s mission is simple: to help people unlock their best selves, inside and out. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned athlete, her Booty Bootcamp leaves you stronger, sweatier, and smiling.

COACH TRAE

Coach Trae started his Boxing Journey IN 2017 but it wasn't boxing that he sought out first, it was kickboxing. In 2018 and hit the ground running training with 2X world Champ Cornelius Bundrage, Coach Trae quickly, realized how the sport brought people together, and got people into positive healthy habits. Training all over Detroit, he was able to pick the brains of some of the best athletes and trainers Detroit has to offer. Using boxing as a means of weight loss Coach Trae quickly transformed his physic, Spending over half of a decade finely studying different styles and skillsets allowed him to find his own unique style. As an active fighter Coach Trae began showing friends and family what he was learning, and that newfound love to show soon turned into a love for teaching others how to defend themselves or how to fine tune some of their own details if they knew certain things.

After become ISSA certified as a personal trainer coach obtained his USA coaching certificate.
